We can arrange storage of the executed will and registered Lasting Powers of Attorney in a safe place so that they are available when needed and won't be lost or accidentally damaged or destroyed.

Fully accredited

Members of the IPW have had to undergo training and pass an exam before they are able to offer services to members of the public. On going education is a requirement of membership as is the requirement to carry professional indemnity insurance.

IPW members have complaints procedures in place and are subject to ongoing supervision by the IPW. The IPW's protocols are recognised by the Trading Standards Institute as meeting their approved consumer code (www.tradingstandards.uk)
